Put a regular clock or a countdown clock on the projection screen, zoom in on a certain element on the screen, open a whiteboard and draw freely on it, draw directly on the screen, activate a pointer effect to draw the audience’s attention – these features and more are offered by Goldginko’s screen marker software, the appropriately named Presentation Marker.

Presentation Marker is available as an installer and as a portable version.
Presentation Marker supports 32- and 64-bit versions of Microsoft’s Windows operating system, any version from Windows XP up to Windows 8.
Presentation Marker works with desktop PCs, laptops, tablet PCs, graphics tablets, interactive whiteboards, digital pen input devices, and multi-screen configurations.

Launch Presentation Marker and three windows will be displayed on your screen.

To the left there’s the main Presentation Marker window that you can use to display a countdown or normal clock, to enable a magnifier, to enable a whiteboard, to set up a list of pre-configured files or programs, to activate a mouse trail, to select a presentation profile, to play with several settings, and more.

At the top there’s a toolbox that you can use to select a pencil and draw on the screen, select a line and draw it on the screen, select an image and put it on the screen, enable a blank screen, enable a magnifier tool, put a digital clock on the screen, and more.

To the right there’s a window that allows you to access several types of shapes and symbols.
And down in the right hand corner, there’s the Presentation Marker system tray icon. Left click it to bring up the main Presentation Marker window; right click it to be presented with a context menu that allows you to access all the tools from the aforementioned toolbox.

The main Presentation Marker window can be placed on the left hand side, on the right hand side, or any other place you want on the screen. The same goes for the toolbox and the shapes window.

Two Presentation Marker editions are available for purchase: Presentation Marker and Presentation Marker Pro. The differences between the two versions are highlighted here.

Presentation Marker truly is a very useful screen marker software. It’s a great asset for anyone who has to give presentations.

Pros

Presentation Marker is available as an installer and as a portable version. The three Presentation Marker windows can be placed anywhere you want on the screen. There is a lot you can do with Presentation Marker: draw on the screen, put a clock on the screen, use a magnifier tool, and more. Two Presentation Marker editions are available for purchase.

Cons

Trial limitations: 30-day trial, nag screen.
